• Compatibility with all future software or browser updates

9. Limitation of Liability

• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services

10. Confidentiality

Either party may terminate services:

• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Upon non-payment or project abandonment

Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed to date.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

13. Maintenance and Support

Ongoing maintenance and support services, if desired, will be outlined in separate agreements and may incur additional fees.

14. Modifications to Terms
